Our Story

About SAIRC

SAIRC exists because independent AI researchers, such as students, hobbyists, and people without affiliations don't have many places to put their work. ArXiv requires institutional endorsement, most journals assume a university email address, and the communities that do exist tend to gate access.

SAIRC seeks to be a journal and research community where anyone can submit work, read what others are doing, exchange feedback, and share tools that have actually proven useful. There's no institutional affiliation requirement and no paywalls.

The standard here isn't whether results beat state-of-the-art or whether the work fits neatly into an existing research agenda. What matters is whether the question was worth asking and whether it was approached with care. That applies equally to a high schooler's first paper and to someone with years of independent research behind them.
